Looking to increase my axis tilt. How do I do this? My carry percentage from decent shots is not good.
-
For 90% of the people, "cocking" your wrist will add tilt. I dot it by turning my hand towards my left side (I'm right handed). That is, if you hold your hand such that the line from ring finger tip to thumb is pointing towards the pins, keeping your hand under the ball at the address, turn the hand so the fingertips are pointing 90 degrees to the left, if your right handed, or the the right, if you're left handed. Keep your hand cocked as much as possible thru the release.

Charlest hit it right on the head. Turn your fingers toward the center of your body, move in, and watch the difference in ball reaction.

Mo Pinel was able to increase my tilt from 10* to 13* by changing the pitches in my fingers. Ball reaction was a significant improvement! Turning your fingers in as mentioned above works as well, but with the pitch changes I can just use my normal every day release and not have to re-work that part of my game.

So I should hold the ball in the address like Im going to throw a back up shot?
-
With your Palm facing up, move your fingers to the left (assuming right handed)

Kind of, then bend the wrist.
