I myself am a webmaster, and I was browsing and landed on AZO's website. I was highly dissapointed with their website has it was probably one of the worst designed sites I have ever seen in my life. I could make a website for them 100 times better than what they have now.

Why would you say that?

charlest, I myself own a Littleboy, Drastic Spec-R, and the Blue Fire.  

The Littleboy is an absolute carry monster, I hardly leave any corners at all, even the flat tens go down.  

I can't believe how powerful the Spec-R is, it's got to be the hardest hitting ball out there.  This one is drilled like my Inferno and Blue Fire, 4 1/4" by 5".  It seems that since it is a 1:30 drill, our reactions would be the same.  I also really like this ball alot, but I cannot carry any flat tens with this ball.  Any other hits that smell pocket kill the pins.  

The Blue Fire is pretty strong, mine is drilled 4 1/4" by 5" and it gets through the heads nicely with a strong hard arc to the pocket.  I would compare the move to the even arc motion of my Inferno, but good for carrydown.

I found this to be sort of true the first time I used it. I figured it was the extraordinary way it got through the heads via the pearl cover. I changed my release slightly to decrease my axis of rotation, and give it more of an end over end roll. Worked fine. I can hit it fairly hard with more revs than normal (which normally results in more length) and as long as I use a "less spin" and a "more roll" release, then I leave many less flat 10 pins. Minor change.

Also if you try more of a stroker release and less of a tweener release, the result should be the same.

Another also, I find you can't let it roll out; if the lanes are too dry, it will hit softly. Have to keep speed on the firm side, in that case.

charlest, I do recall pumping my speed up a few notches in order to carry the ten better.  I also did change my release to more of a forward roll/spin type like you mentioned.  The result was, as you already know, better power and carry to the hole.  

When I tried to deliver the ball with a lower track release, it tended to jump off the dry a little too hard for me.  I guess because of the "pearl" cover it gave me a little over under when it hit the oil line, but most ball are like that.  I think what I like the most about the Drastic is how it gets down the lane.  It seems to fly effortlessly through the heads and some of the midlane even, making a very smooth but strong move to the pins.  I call it the stealth assassin because of it's reaction on the backs.

Anyways, reading what you posted about your Drastic will help me understand how to use mine better and harness it's tremendous power.

Have you ever thrown the Littleboy at all?  If you like AZO any, it is definitely worth getting one.  I'd have to say if the bowler can control the Littleboy, it is damn near the best ball ever made.

Channel surfer; why would you go to their web site, if you had no interest in there balls?  I went to the web site to find a ball, and have been happy ever since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here , let's talk about balls of AZO.

It seems that AZO is supplied with the technology of weight block from Legend-Star(L/S) of Japan.

Weight blocks of AZO are are the same or similar with weight blocks of L/S.

Balls of AZO are put on the market first in Japan and after in U.S. Fantasy-X and Drastic are nostalgic sound.

Japanese manufacturers are inferior in the technology of resin. In order to compensate it , technology of low RG and high differential weight block have been developed. Probably, AZO adopted the technology.
