short pins, blem?

1-1/4" PIN, could this be considered a blem?

No, it would be called "pin in".  Sometimes especially long pins - 5+ inches - are considered blems, though I'm not sure why since they generally give you more drilling options.

They only give you more options if the TW is low.  High TW with a long pin equals huge weight holes...

I believe certain ball companies slap the "blem" tag on any ball with less than a 1" pin.

And, a short pin like that is VERY useful (for me) for certain layouts.
