Attention all. Do not do business with "Angelgurl" who answers emails as Nikki, Ricardo Perry, or PPS Pro Shop. I was strung along for over one month waiting for a ball to be delivered and it never was. Payment was made on June 6. I finally received an email from them on June 18 after a week of attempting to contact them stating that UPS could not find my address. I received another email from them on June 30 after trying to contact them for several days previous explaining that UPS had lost the package and they would have a new ball the next day and get it out to me. It is now over two weeks later and still no ball. And they will not return my emails anymore. Maybe UPS lost another one or couldn't find my house LOL!!! I have UPS packages delivered to my house several times a month!!! The UPS tracking number that was sent to me was filed electronically and did not designate that the package was even shipped.
If you read this message please give it a TTT so others may also read it. I have had several great transactions on this site and hope to have more in the future, but people need to be aware of bad sellers.

Wow thats a shock, I have met him in person.
He even came to my pro shop to buy some Buzzsaws from me, seemed like a good guy.

I have a similiar thing going on with xxxpipologyxxx. I hope he comes through with the deal yet. I know his character has taken quite a hit on here because of it all. He seems nice and all, but he is young and maybe tried to take too much time on the deal. I am trying to give him benefit of the doubt right now.

They strung me along past the 30 day mark and PayPal won't do anything about the transaction, but my credit card company is working to rectify the situation. As a note to all:
If you haven't received merchandise from a PayPal transaction within 30 days file a buyer complaint report even if the seller seems to be cooperative. You can always withdrawl the report, but if you don't file one within 30 days PayPal won't process it. (This is another good reason to use a protected credit card fo rtransactions.)

Well Turbo 2n1 grips tryed sending me some stuff through USPS, and they said they got the letter back saying that my address wasnt found. And we get mail in our mail box everyday... SO they sent it out a second time and i got it.

I have dealt with Rick Perry and have had nothing but positive transactions with him. He even went so far as to call me on the phone to make sure I was OK with a deal we had.
As DrillWizard says...this is a big shocker to me.

Thanks for the positive input Drillwizard, and Doug. I do apologize for the problem with BWB. While dealing with a major illness in the family, my sister was running my shop for me. Maybe looking back, I should have closed down for a few months. I was forced to leave town to deal with this, and just got back online. I will work with you in anyway you see fit, but to let you know "your ball" was recovered by UPS on July 9th. It did have a valid shipping label with the tracking number you were sent. UPS had credited my account for the insured amount, and I re-ordered another ball from Lane #1, which I received this afternoon. My UPS office opens here at 10 AM CDT, and I can ship the ball out myself. Again I apologize, as I thought this would not be too much for her to run seeing as how it is off-season, but she got bogged down, and it slipped through the cracks. Like Doug, I do this "business" as a hobby, and do maintain another career, so I'm not in it for the money, just a true love of the game! You can be assured a new tracking number by noon tomorrow, for a similar requested ball with identical specs. As stated before, I have done a lot of business on this site, and never had a problem. My rep is worth a lot more than the cost of a bowling ball!
