I like Life after Death by CTD.  Not only does it do a great job at cleaning the ball but it also adds a tackifier which helps to replace any loss of the plasticizer.  A couple guys I have recommended it to have raved about it since they got it.

I still like Motiv Power Gel Clean. Big quantity for the money and it does a fine job of keeping the cover clean and the oil out. I also use a shammy between shots, and that's the biggest factor for preventing oil saturation, but no complaints about the Power Gel Clean at all.

I've used the Power Gel Scuff in the past as well but now if I want to maintain surface I just do it by hand or on the spinner.
