Ball Co./Drillings @ PBA
« on: November 17, 2003, 07:34:25 PM »
They starting talking about ball reaction on Sunday's
tour show, why is it they never detail the ball drillings
and brand of balls the pros are using, is it all about the TV
sponsorships.  Watching each week, it also appears every touring
pro wears only Dexter's, can this be true ?

They don't all wear Dexters.  I'd have to look at the last couple of tapes, but I know that there was at least one pair of ABS's worn (Wiseman, I think), and unless he's changed shoes, Chris Barns wears Linds.  Both Norm Duke and Brian Voss wear somethig different yet.

Yes, they could describe the drillings, but most of the time, what works for them will not even come close to getting the same reaction in the hands of most amateurs.

I dont know if you guys dont pay attention, but theres almost more members wearing abs shoes now then Dexter.

Wiseman
Couch
Allen
Several others, but can't remember which ones.
They are definitely better then Dexters too.  I have the tour ultras and love them way better then the Dexters I had.

PS Look better too!

i was at the greater kansas city classic in october and the number of pros who wear dexter is FAR GREATER than the number of pros who wear linds and abs combined.
