Tropical Storm vs. Freeze
« on: November 30, 2010, 04:26:34 AM »
I have a guy on my team that's looking for a lower end entry level ball to fill out the bottom of his arsenal. Can someone give me some things to pass along, Freeze vs. Tropical Storm. Right now he has, Angular One, One Pearl and the original One, also spare ball is grenade. He averages 225, throws hard with good rev's. Plus' and minus' of both ?

well fyi  the Tropical Heat is a monster of a ball.... i found that out when i got one and drilled it pin up 5x4, in hopes that it would get down the lane farther.... well it gets down the lane, but anything dry and it turns left....

but the ball is nice on the Shark pattern lol......

I'd look into one of the old tropical storms, or the Natural or the Natty Pearl...

I have a Tropical Storm(.22 diff vs tropical heat .38 diff).

Tropical Storm  Lots of length, not much midlane,  Sharp backend!

I have seen the freeze on this shot and in videos....it has a lot more midlane...forcing one deeper with the feet a tad!  Great backend also...
