I'm looking to get a new ball for my dad. He's a fairly low tracker. I think he needs something more smooth and predictable. He currently uses an Original Inferno, drilled with the pin above. It gets down the lane ok before it makes it's move, but it's a little bit too much skid/snap for him. He's also had some trouble with it rolling out on him. He likes to play about 13 at the arrows out to 8. He also has trouble sometimes with it jumping off the dry too early and hard...I don't know if that's because of the way he turns it or what. Any suggestions for a new ball for this kind of bowler would be helpful.

Track's Equation or Arsenal Artillery are both good, medium lane condition bowling balls. And smooth. Another possibility would be Ebonite's SR300 or No Limit.

Wisc, a good ball that rolls smooth is a Lane #1 Buzzsaw. Try one of their solid versions, either a solid Uranium or a Tsunami. Your dad will love it. =:^D

Thanks for the suggestions. Any others?

Track Equation or better yet, Track Inertia (particle will provide smoothness and good deal of predictability). The others mentioned are great as well.
Good luck!
