having finger pain/soreness.
« on: September 19, 2010, 05:15:09 PM »
First time in 8 years of bowling im experience finger pain/soreness at the first crease of my fingers that i use to lift the ball.

I know its not a span issue on my equiptment.

So what could be causing this? Im 4 weeks into my leagues and this just started maybe my last 4 games.
a team mate of mine said i could tape my fingers under the crease to releave some pain so i can bowl.

Anything else i can do to help heal my fingers?

I bowl 3 days a week and really di not want to miss time.

Any help is much appreciated.
