I am not sure on this but I believe that with the flip block on bottom the ball will be sharper later, I am not sure because the RG and diff are always different when a company does a ball with an inverted core.
The reason I say this is because when on top more than likely you will remove some of the flip block when you drill the ball which will make the block weaker. Makes sense to me anyway.
top = lower RG/higher diff
bottom = higher RG/lower diff
