Track/ PAP question

Is it possible to have a 4 1/2 x 1/4 down axis and also have a track 1" from fingers and thumb ?

It doesn't sound right.....If your track is down you should be closer to the fingers than thumb.

Only 1/4 down?  For most people that 1/4" is probably close to the limit of how accurately you can measure the PAP in the first place, measuring again in a week or with a different ball may very well give 0 up/down.  That small amount off the midline should not produce a very large difference in the distance from the fingers or thumb.
