Dont care the brand.
18.6 mph (at the pin deck)
Rev rate: 465-485
Rotation: 60-75*
Tilt: 6*
Conditions:
Dry
Light volume
Medium volume
I've been truly struggling to find something to fit that doesn't have me playing 4 arrow + before end of second game.

im also a lefty so i would go with this.
Uproar, no doubt and pitch black.

I have a punch out (supposed to be similar to uproar) and because of my low tilt, it reads earlier than I'd hoped. I also find myself having to play it 30 to 19 at arrows and 4-5 at the break. Would love to find a ball that I could get back to playing the classic lefty 12-13 to 7-8 line

I haven't throw the punch out but a friend has it, i would say the uproar goes longer and finish hard so you can play the classic lefty line which we all like to
-
I Am a lefty with a bit less speed than you 15-15.5 mph on avg and less revs....my suggestions would be the visionary Gladiator solid and the Visionary Gladiator LE..both are still available on ebay or www.bowlerscellar.com ...I believe bowlers dream still has some Gladiators left. You won't have to get soo deep on the lanes..great control with them , but they do hit very hard.

also LH here
i look at this from a bit different perspective
i dont want the "finish hard" look
im more of a controllable, arcing motion
i want to know where its going at all times
not to say what i use doesnt finish, but its not the hockey stick backend
im having very good luck with the Eruption Pro hybrid
i believe i have the surface at 1000 + polish. allows me to stay further left and keep my angles straighter up front, gives me a bit more miss room than swinging it.
i also have an arson low flare that is really good on the dry, very predictable, actually have 2 of them
both of these balls, i have a 5" pin-pap layout on them
surface is everything these days, followed by pin distance
these are the 2 major factors in ball motion

I like your thoughts..Long and controlled.. it seems to be a tough combo to find with my stats. I'll look into all these recommendations though for sure

i had a buddy who is in the regional game, mention a few layouts for me that have been really good
the 1 I like the bast is the pin in my middle finger which is a 5" pin-pap
from there, its all a matter of surface prep, which i tweak all the time until i find something that works. Alot of the new EBI equipment (and maybe others) are using a much lower surface grit and then polish.
it still gets through the heads and has some teeth downlane.
we went to a tournament last weekend that i knew was going to be brutal on 2nd shift, just no heads what-so-ever, early friction
took my arson low flare, (pin down, 5" pin-pap) 2000 + polish, and polished it again
was really easy up front and arcing, controllable, never got inside of 4th arrow and didn't have to loft it like usual a this tournament.
you could even go to a longer pin layout 5.5" maybe even 6"
it will make the motion downlane a bit slower
find a decent proshop and talk to the right guy, their knowledge is valuable when it comes to topics like this

How about a bw assassin with the pin down resurfaced to 3000 polished, i did that with mine and it's a control ball, otb the ball is 500-500-500-1000 powerhouse factory finish which makes it to roll pretty soon, changed it to 3000 polished and it skid like 2-3 meters more before hooking phase, i know its a ball for oil but with that surface the ball went long and pin down gave a lot of control and not a big pop
