Title: Ball Temperature
Post by: thewhiz on October 22, 2018, 05:56:01 AM
What's the lowest temperature you should store bowling balls at.  I keep mine in the garage but bring them in when it gets cold outside since I have no heat in my garage.  Also what would be the highest temp. To store them at.

Motiv's warranty states that you should not expose their bowling balls to heat beyond 125 degrees. Check the warranties from other companies for guidelines.

Or below 40 degrees F is mentioned in some warranties.  Cold cracks balls quicker than anything so good idea to bring them in.

I would think the worst thing to do is putting your bowling balls where temperature fluctuates. Would think with the different layers in a ball that would expand and contract differently with temps going up and down.
