guys guys, u r blaming the chinese companies to make the balls, when u should be thinking whats causing it
let me again point out few facts.
china has problem putting all the kids into school, thats not a problem that i can see in the US
at primary school and high school, kids are working on their homework at least 3 hrs after arriving from a whole day at the institution, and during the period of exams, they dont sleep more than 6 hrs in order to attain higher score so they can go to a better rated high school/university.
if u have a chance to visit china, u might see kids wearing school uniform on their knees on the street asking u to support them to buy some books, and personally i ve seen someone with great grades.
now, imagine if all these education problems doesnt exist in China. u think will be the chinese companies can make bowling balls for such a cheap labour cost?
my point is that when americans got more educated, they started to ask more from their employer, and the ones who has a good university degree will have less of a hassle finding a job. But then what happens with the ones without good education? well im sorry for those who dropped out of college/university or those who didnt even get into one, because thats the price of living in an advanced country and not being able to catch up with the pace.
So, then what happens when the educated americans who owns the bowling ball companies say, why im doing a favor for the losers in my country and bring our company down? lets just make our products in a country with a population less educated and hardworking, by doing this, cheaper balls for us and for the customer.
do i make myself clear? or should i put this in a easier way?

on second edit:
Scoot, yea i do understand that some good bowlers can do that, but as myself, believing that a long lasting ball is a good ball, i wouldnt throw a $200 ball for spares

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.
