JimmyT just shot another 800(used a Virtual Gravity) yesterday in a doubles tournament on one of the Kegel patterns during qualifying.
Shot the score will crossing across the house.

That sounds more realistic.  Doesn't really sound like a guy blowing his own horn, just a guy putting down some good recent scores with a couple balls he likes.  Everybody does that, it's just that his scores are a bit higher than the norm.  I've seen and heard of things like that happen many times.  There are a couple of my friends here in town that have shot 800 on back to back nights (one did it a month or so ago), or the same league one week apart, I've got another friend that's shot back to back 300's two or three times, and then of course one that did it at nationals in Knoxville of all places and won the singles eagle, and these guys have no intention of going pro.  If he has a family, that would explain it.

JimmyT is a friend of mine.

No he isn't making up his scores.

He's had a good run the past month or so.

Good tournament player.

Will he turn pro.

Probably not.

Family man with a steady good paying job.

He'ed rather be a in state weekend warrior then travel that far away.

JimmyT was in a slump last night.
Only shot 760.

I ended up subbing next to him last night.
Had a decent chance for back to back to back 800's going into the 8 frame of the last game but left a 9 pin.

On a side note,
I got into there blind doubles pot game last night and drew a TOE as my partner BUT as luck would have it 2 farmer/bowlers came in late so there was a REDRAW.
I ended up with JimmyT!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you say YIPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
