I have been around the game for a few years and learned something yesterday I thought I would pass along to the hard throwers and kids still learning the game..

I started my first game with my gp2 and did not throw one strike and shot 150.

A friend that was bowling next to me said I was throwing the ball hard and he noticed I wasn't getting much turn on the oil shot we were on. He said just roll it and let the ball work. I switched to my Arsenal Reactive with magic shine on it.

I shot 215 clean and 249 clean and won a $100 in doubles. I am what you would call a stroker with turn. Now I will never forget to roll the ball and watch for the reaction before thinking its the lanes or ball first.
