Power oval grips

My ring finger is getting a blood blister on it and it feels like the grips or pinching my fingers. I'm wondering if I switch to oval grips instead of the power oval will this help and what else would this change by making this move.

Too much forward pitch or too long a span maybe. The powers do add 1/4" forward pitch
