I have switched to the Magic Carpet.  The Thumbillow is a good product, but the various plies separate.  If you forget at the beginning of the night and put your thumb in the first time without pressing it back together, it will ball up at the bottom of the hole and be ruined.  The Magic Carpet serves the same purpose and it stays together and in place, plus is less expensive.  --  JohnP

Vise has come out with a bunch of different front and back tapes that I am beginning to test right now.

See Vise under bowling accessories at www.buddiesproshop.com.

For the ta2 series(front) A is stickier than normal tape and then stickier still B,C, D, E, F.

For back of thumb TA1 there is a smoother(not as smooth as black tape) and a not as smooth(still smoother than white tape).

I got front B,C, D, E, F for back both of em.

Will try over next week or two.

Have tried thumbillow and magic carpet also!
