California State Tourney-NEED HELP

The team event is tomorrow, and one of the team member called this morning says he can't go tomorrow.

What are the options?

A, Can I get a replacement?
B, Use the absent blind score?
C, No score for absentee?

Anyone have this kind of experience please help.
