Title: Best asymmetric hybrids right now
Post by: lilpossum1 on October 21, 2014, 12:47:54 PM
Ok I understand that solid, hybrid, and pearl really don't make much of a difference, but I don't want a ball that is too early or one that is skid flip. Fitting this criteria, what are some of the "better" balls out right now? Better meaning you would choose this ball above others for whatever reasons

I really like the Black Widow Legend.  I think it fits the hybrid asym criteria.

Oddly enough, I haven't even considered the legend yet.

The Ebonite Energy Source is a strong hybrid at a great price point.  Proven core, new hybrid cover.  If I were to buy a hybrid ball asymm. today it would be the Energy Source.

I'm impressed with the sinister.  Its seems to be very "middle of the road" for me.  Critical was too much off the spot, the soul wasn't enough....the sinister is just right!

My critical theory was also too much. I have left one solid 9 pin since it cracked out on me, and that was when I threw my dads tribal two handed. That ball would just cut through a rack like a hot knife through butter. I missed out on the soul as much as I wanted it... The cons of working six days a week and the pro shop being closed on my day off and an hour away...
