Where I bowl,I do my best on THS with a Lane 1 Blue Death Massacare and an Ebonite Gamebreaker. Probably the best 1-2 punch I have had for a long time.

I have the Mr. Clean Bowling Sponge.  It's rated at 10.3 on the durometer scale, and has special "traction pockets" that scoop up oil and trap it in the coverstock.  Mine is drilled with the middle finger drilled on the pin, the pap located in the thumbhole, and the cg 180 degrees of my ring finger, with a 3" weight hole dead center between the finger holes and thumb hole.

Right now I've been pitchin my Dark Star and Dynamo X2 only! Both have given me a great look anywhere I go. Plan on getting the 4.5 and Anaconda when they release, Anaconda is gonna kill THS for me if it's anything like the Absolute...

Guess the surface on the cover resembles that of the Moon surface as well huh?

I like the Storm Fast, it is good from quite a few lines. The only concern I have is with carry down, sometimes it seem to go a tad long for me after a few games. I also like to throw the Dark Star for a change of pace.

I like the Storm Reign maself...  I don't crank it like some guys, so the pearl cover stock & pin up drilling works for me....

Favorite ball that i am still kicking myself for getting rid of it. 15lb. One Pearl. Sarge easter drilled 6 1/2 x 4 pin up at box finish. Also liked the pin slasher 5 x 4 pin up 4000 abralon. Both balls were smooth and controllable from inside around 30-35 (feet) or outside around 10 (feet).

Hammer Blue or Onyx Vibe...

Vibe is the best bang for the buck line I would venture to say ever created.  

Those two have more midlane than any of the others, and are straight MONEY on a THS.  Just the right balance of strength and control.

Tough question almost any ball can be amazing on a THS.

I love my columbia 300 pure swing on the THS. I haven't thrown one game under two hundred with this ball in about a month and I only had it for two months as of now.  The bowling ball is very smooth going down the lane through the heads all way way to the back end. When it hits the break point it does not overreact, it has very good continuation on the back end, and it hits the pins like a tank. To be totally honest in my bag right now, I have an invasion, pure swing, and I also have a mission collection dust that I'm trying to get rid of.  I am really considering building the rest of my arsenal with columbia 300 and I'm going to build it from my pure swing down to two weaker pieces of equipment.

I have a few diff balls I like throwing on a ths shot depending on the overall volume. The best all around for me would have to be the Track 505C as even on the higher volumes u can move right some and still score. The new Longshot from 900G is quickly giving the 505 a run for its money however. I also like the AMF Clutch for higher volumes. Just my 2 cents!

For a THS on Synthetics, I generally try and use some surface b/c the lane surface is so hard (Brunswick Pro Anvilane, I belive)...  Plus this THS plays a little thicker than normal.  I go to my Black Widow Sting.

For a pure THS, a medium one, I'm throwing my new Visionary New Breed Pearl.  Pretty strong off the spot (not flippy), drilled to be a continuous arc, it DOES do that.....

For extreme dry THS and "those night" where it gets fried...., pull out the 5 1/2" pin Cherry Vibe with Valentino UFO....

Again, this works for me.  Good luck in your future purchase..
