Been looking for a good bowling game for ps3 or 360 but havent seen any great reviews on ANYTHING.. The best so far was brunswick bowling for ps2...

SO are there any available, or is it just one of those genres that will never produce a good one, ( actual ball and shoe selection, lane condition selection , etc )

Wii bowling is the only game worth getting Until they make a Madden or live style PBA game then none are worth buying

yea I saw the wii had 2 or 3 new ones.. But having that extra playability by being able to pick your ball and lane conditions , ( and actually have real world reaction ) would be great.. I did hear just a few days ago that there is a PS3 version of brunswick bowling that will be out soon, and use PS3s new move controller or whatever its called..

IMO your best bet at this point would be bowling evolution for the pc it doesnt need anything serious to run on your pc and you can actually use MS paint and actually create your own oil pattern you can make the balls look like the newest releases and find many on the internet where people already have made the skins for the balls the hardest part is adjusting the files to get the new balls to react like the real thing....

Yea that would be ok. But the fun would be actually having the balls react how they would in real world conditions, depending on what the lane conditions are and what ball you use.. Maybe even an option to at least lock in your ball speed and rev rate for your personal character, then go through your approach and see what ball works for you..

Far out idea, and Im sure its not gonna happen soon, but i can hope

Hopefully the new PS3 Brunswick bowling is a good one.

Right now...I have to go with Wii Sports Resorts Bowling. The motion plus really made a difference.

Your best bet for a quality game is High Velocity Bowling for the PS3. Its a download only game, but the graphics are not bad and it uses the six axis controler. If you go on youtube, there are some videos on it. Nothing for the 360 yet.

Once again, video games are simple. Wii SUCKS!!!!!

There is 1 simple point i make to all REAL gamers.....most agree with me. If i wanted to be up moving around, i would be, i play games so i can do something completely awesome without moving.

BTW, just beat GOW3, absolutely the best game EVER!!!

Agree for the most part, but the actual ball reaction and pin reaction from the wii sports bowling is nice. If they built something off of that with real manufactures equipment it would be a very awesome game. For bowling it only requires you to swing your arm a little so its not that much work. Plus you can physically put more or less revs or speed on the ball which is actually fun. All other games I'm not moving except for a drink.

I like concrete bowling for the PC... other than Wii bowling it is the best around
