Best Conversions

What are the best splits that any of you have ever converted? This summer I left a pocket 7-10 in league and picked it up. I also picked up a 6-7 in open bowling. Just practicing. I'd say the 7-10 really depends on the house, but the 6-7 was pretty sweet too.

While making the 7-10 is pretty much as good as it gets, picking up the 4-7-9-10 was just a thing of beauty.  Too bad I've only done it once.  It seriously looked cool.

It's not tooooo difficult but I was quite pleased with my (lousy leave 1st ball!) 4, 5, 10 pick-up the other day.

It was not me, but a team mate.
Last Sunday, he left the 2-8-10.
While trying to throw hard (29mph) at the 2-8, he missed right, buried the 10 pin, and it kicked back out of the pit and took out the 2-8.
That was by far the coolest thing on the lanes I've seen with my own eyes!

two years ago i picked up the 4-6-7-9.  i was already having a bad game so i just threw my plastic straight the 3 board (on the left side)and watched the 4 pin slide between the 7 and 9 pins just hitting them both and they just fell over

picked up the 4-6 at nationals to keep my clean set alive ( slid the 6 over), than in the 6th frame of game three I missed a 4-9.

I've picked up the 2-4-8-10 twice in the last six or so months.  Of the hard splits, that's the most impressive I've had.

I've had a few.  I picked up the big 4 but didn't even see it.  I was mad so I gunned it at the 6-10 and apparently bounced something out.  I also picked up the Greek Church earlier this year, which I had never seen done before.

The best one though was in a doubles tourney.  We were in match-play, and I needed a mark to shut-out the other team.  I left a 2-8-10 and about weeped.  I threw a back-up ball at the 2-8 and actually converted it for the win.  The place went nuts.  In fact, that's the loudest I've ever heard anyone cheer for me.  It made me feel pretty darn good.

I picked up a 7-10 the last night of league and it helped us get 2nd place. The next night for practice I left it again and picked it up.

Another night I left the 6-7-10 and I hit the 10 pin and knocked out the 7. The 6 pin still was there.

I picked up the greek church twice and the big 4 twice. Pretty much throw it hard and see what happens
