In RE to another post about how to tell if a pro shop is good or bad... With the current price of equipment, added to the fact that if you want to win your equipment has to be nearly perfect for you to match up quick, can we really afford to mess around with bad pro shops - or take a chance with one we are unfamiliar with? Used to be a guy could go to the local K-Mart and get holes punched in a ball and it was possible he could be competitive. With today's technology opening up multiple layouts and endless possibilities on any ball, the guy drilling the ball has a TON of influence on whether you will be successful or not. Is there an organization that licenses ball drillers who have attended schooling and proven to have extensive knowledge of their trade?
