I get messengers for the 9 pin but rarely the 10. I get 9 and half
and leave mega 10 pins
There are rules governing the gutters, materials, depth etc. While there can be some variation from house to house, they are basically the same.
There are systems like the W.A.H.S.A.M (Where all high scores are made) which can be installed. That help make it even easier to carry those poor shots, by bouncing the pins back out of the gutter.
Since you have no control over changing or installing any of those things, the only thing you can do is quit depending on pins bouncing out of the gutter or off the kickbacks to knock the pins down.
Find a coach and learn to bowl better.
A properly delivered ball will cause all 10 pins to be knocked down without any help from the gutters.
