What lane conditions are you bowling on? I can name a bunch, but for different types of lanes. If you have medium/dry-dry lanes, the chrome yellow power groove has massive backend. If your on more mediums, but with good backends/dry outsides, the intense inferno is a beast. The original inferno looks like its got some backend to, not sure though never thrown it.

Look at this chart and you will see which balls have a lot of backend.
May load a bit slow depending on your connection speed.

Intense Inferno... VERY snappy - in fact so hard that low rev players have difficulties to control it at all! You should have speed and revs to play it on light or short patterns.

The BVP Punisher is also a snap ball - when it his dry ground it will go off as if somebody kicked it! Not as uncontrollable as the II, but still strong and also hard to control when the lane breaks down. For the Punisher you will also  need revs to play it effectively!

Other (older) strong "snappers" are the Fuze Igniter and the Raging Red Fuze - the latter being a real special ball for dry lanes with length, low flare and a jump at the pocket which is almost unholy!

I haven't seen a Shock & Awe yet (or any MoRich balls for that matter, lol), so I'd have to say the Intense Inferno or Track Xception.  Both balls have pretty colours too! LOL!

Save money go with Track arsenal angular, brunswick punisher , rotogrip rs-1 or visionary green gargoyle have all of them they all skid snap quite well. The high performance balls basically do the same thing such as Instense inferno or track xception or storm x factor for 50 bucks more. To keep the ball skid snappy go with 5 x 5 pap and it will load up for the backend and at least 1500 surface.

Hmm...can't tell you about the current stuff, but for backend like J-Lo (as pchee once described it), ya gotta go with a Retro Blue.
