What was one of the best team comebacks you've experienced (either scratch bowling or handicap) to win points for a night? This evening we were spotting 205 pins a game in a 5 man handicap league and we were 6 marks down going into the tenth second game to win by 60 pins (no one on the opposing team marked in the tenth, every bowler on our team had at least two marks, one guy struck out and I doubled), then the last game we came back from 8 marks going into the 10th to win by 12 pins (once again we all threw up two marks a piece).
The past two weeks we've been really zoning in on making fewer mistakes, covering spares and all sitting between 540-590 for scores...

Well i have seen this happen alot with my Monday Nite team, expecially cuz we always tend to give up alot of Handicap.
We have had plenty of times where we might be down 90-120+ pins going into the 8-10th frames and end up having the whole team stringing a couple strikes and end up barely winning the game, but it also calls for some help from the other team by having them throw a couple open frames too.
But its a monster rush having it happen when you come back from that much down in the last couple of frames and end up winning, cuz it normally ends up carring over to the next game too.

Our Monday night team from a few years ago did that a lot. A lot of high averages in the league, but many of them bowled with lower averaging spouses. Our team was very consistent. Low average was about 180, high was upper 190's. I swear we struggled in frames 3-5 constantly. We made a lot of furious comebacks on many nights and won the league. Those nights are a lot of fun. A little nerve racking, but fun.

205 pins??? Is that all? LOL In my friday night mixed league, 4 person teams, my team gives up 335 pins to 1 team. We normally take 2 out of 3 when we bowl them, in some very tight tight games, but they almost always seem to put up 1 game where they are all over average, and that makes them almost impossible to beat. I keep wishing they would limit handicap to a max of 50 pins a person.

We came back last night from 58 down in the 8th from to win by one pin on my trio league.
I threw the last 5, the other anchor threw an open in the 9th, a spare, then a strike but it wasnt enough.
