What a big pain...

right in my elbow... recently, ive been having some major pain in my elbow while bowling. Seriously, only 3-4 months ago, I could get out and bowl 20 - 30 games in a couple hours, now im strugling to manage 5 or 6... its getting terrible, I usually have to ice my bow after each practice session... even after shooting single pins. Ill try and get a vid up in the next month and hopefully someone can give me some insight into where my problem area's may be.

sounds like tennis elbow to me, I know a few bowlers who have developed it.

My wife had that over the summer. I love bowlers...I dont want to see a doctor because then they will tell us what we already know---that we are injured and we should take time off. Why not take time off to be totally healthy?

cause bowlers love the game too much. we don't want to take time off, until its a serious injury.
