I'm pretty sure its been covered before but just curious as to what do you think is the best tournament in your " area " or " state " or one that is within a reasonable driving range that you have heard about or bowled in.    

I havent bowled in said this tournament yet, but i am planning on it this comming Feb 2011.  And that would be the Paragon Open, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.   I've heard that first place for this season's tournament is going to be around 8,000$...  100$ entry fee, 5 games of qualifing, sport shot pattern ( us open ).   The field is then cut to top 32, and its a bracket playoff ( 2 game totals ).  

I believe last year they had a lil over 200 entries.
