Best way to handle the league Whiner ??

We have one guy who constantly is in the ear of the league secretary or President over either the lane conditions, scoring sheets, banquet details, prize list...and I could go on.  

Any advice on the best way to shut him up ??  He's not a bad bowler, but a poor sport and seems to have nothing better to do than to try and change the league to benefit himself and his team.

Any helpful suggestions ??

Just call him out...tell him what everyone already knows.  It probably won't stop him but at least he'll realize everyone thinks he's a douche.

We have some leagues here who have the "Horses' A*&S of the Year" award.   And there's an actual award for it, that the league secretary buys our of his fees or the prize fund (pre approved).  It goes to whoever makes the biggest stink/whine over the year period.

I had to deal with a person like this.  He was always putting down the prize fund list,  banquet, or anything dealing with pay  out of money.  The way I finally shut him up I(with help/approval form league officials) made him a 1 man prize fund comity.  The league gave him a 1 week deadline, and then everyone did their complaining to him.  Since then no one has heard any _____ing from him.

Guess I'm saying put the shoe on the other foot?

I like this idea!

Another option is you could nominate him for league secretary. I'll bet he'd decline and that would shut him up
