This pattern looks really hard on paper. It's only 20.7Ml in volume, and 37'. With the ratio of oil from outside to inside being practically flat, looks like you won't have too much room to miss. Where will your room be? Generally a 37' pattern would let you play a breakpoint at around I'm guessing anywhere in between 7-12 (maybe... possibly even further right of that, which wouldn't surprise me, either), depending on the surface type and condition. Chances are the breakpoint will be in the same area throughout your shift, and recognizing transition and making the proper parallel moves based on how the oil breaks down/travels down the lane is a key to your own success.
With this pattern being really flat, you might get a weird read at the end of the pattern if you have a little too much "spin". It might be a good idea to have some forward roll so you can get a smooth read from your bowling ball at the end of the pattern to hit the headpin.
I don't see this pattern holding up too much, either. It's less than 21ml, which isn't a lot. So depending on the surface, doesn't look like you'll see too many big-hooking balls off of the fresh.
This is a complete guess on how I'd play the pattern you presented to us. I'll tell you it looks like a 200 will be a very good game on this pattern... so pick up your spares.
If I saw this on paper one day and had to bowl on it... I'd be telling myself, "hit the headpin, don't leave anything ugly, and pick up your spares!"
