Hi. Can anyone tell me, through your experience, what is the best wrist and forearm support for bowling. Thank you.

I use buddies, I would go to your PSO and try a few on and see how it fits your hand.

Mongoose. Recommended to me by all three gold level coaches I worked with in the past. I currently have the Optimum.

I think it will vary a lot with individual. I like the Turbo Bulldog. It has been around quite awhile and I have found nothing really close yo it for my needs.

Thinking you'll get quite a few different product suggestions here. I use and like the Brunswick Command X Wrist Positioner . Have several buddies who swear by Mongoose, but haven't tried those myself. Hope you find what you're looking for real soon. Good luck.

For forearm support, hands down the best for me was the old Lou Scalia Bowling Splint. Unfortunately, if you also want/need wrist support it's hard to wear both at the same time, but strictly for forearm support those were the best. I say "were" because the Lou Scalia splints are no longer available; however, tennis elbow braces are basically the same thing. You just need to find the kind with two straps (wrist and forearm area) and a metal bar between them.

Mongoose seems to be one of the more popular wrist devices, but for what ever reason, it never seemed to work for me.
