As an intermediate level player, 180 avg, I have learned much from the dvd. I doubt that the higher level players would get as much out of it, but it is well done and entertaining.

Very good video....

A lot of his lessons I've been exposed to over the years with different coaches - certified and non certified. But, it's a good reference DVD if i have to go back to it. There are things too that I've picked up and added to my game that's helping me today.

I got this video to help my teenage son and myself. Very well made, easy to watch, and a lot of great information.  I just watched it again with my son and used it as a refresher to identify his bad habits and he's back on track now. Good stuff IMHO.

I know it sounds like I'm in denial, but I'm not.

It would certainly be a ton of help to an intermediate level bowler, but even those of us with 220+ averages can get quite a bit of useful info out of it. Timing keys, problem areas in your approach to watch out for, targeting methods, etc. Well worth the money in my opinion considering you'll pay way more than that for one lesson with a halfway decent coach, and Norm is an excellent teacher.
