Rob must have drilled it...he's a Track guy.  Anyway depending on how it's laid out and I know you have plenty of hand and ball speed to use more hooking equipment.  I think, I'd think about a symmetrical cored ball with less flare to tame down the backends.  I know, you do like skid-flip balls though.  Rob may think different.

I'd hate to see you spend big $ on another Rule just to have the same basic problem.  The Goo coverstock and that core mean to me lots of hook especially on clean back ends.  When I subbed on a Tues. night Village league few years ago I used a sheen type particle ball with not a lot of flare up the track about 12 at the arrows to 8 at break point.  Particle smoothed out the over reaction.

What else do you have laying around that you could experiment with?

Ya Darrin...I forgot you mentioned you bought some drilling equipment.  

About symmetrical.  I will tell you I love my Dyno-Thane stuff.  Bought a Thing and Thing returns last year.  The soaker covers are relatively strong and seem like they never wear out....they smell like brand new urethane every time I pull them out of the bag.  I ordered a new DT VPP for broken down track/heads.  

I think you can get something relatively reasonably priced for what you are facing with clean back ends.  You have enough speed and turn...I'd look at a more control drilling maybe particle or a ball with some sheen to knock some hook off of it as it comes off the oil line.  

BTW---I'm bowling Sr. Scratch at Dream Tues., 5 man Bowl-A-Vard Wed. & 5 man Dream Thurs.  Bought a Visionary Centaur for Dream's walled condition have to put a bit more shine on it.  Box was still too much surface for last night.
