PBA bowlers "strike" songs
« on: October 01, 2020, 06:23:07 PM »
Can anyone name the "strike" song for each pro that was played at one time or another on TV?

Most were cheesy pop songs or rap from 25 years ago. We all know, culturally, white people in general are decades late to the party but that’s a totally different conversation for another time.

A lot of the younger guys are using some of Keven Williams music. He's pretty talented, and skill wise he can rap his ass off. But his music doesn't really appeal to me. It's not that much different than anything else that's come out since 2012. It would be a cool success story if he ever makes it big in the music industry. His music fits right in with everything else popular in hip-hop right now.

I tune out every time Shawn Maldonaldo is on and they play that "Wobble" song when he strikes. That's the most cringe song of all time.

I just watched the replay of the Brad Miller - E.J. Tackett match from the 2020 Chameleon Championship and noticed one of Miller's songs was Chris LeDoux's "Cadillac Ranch." Extra points for Brad on that one.

Surprised no one has picked Disco Duck as their strike song yet.

Pete Weber- Bad Boys

He went from that to Motorhead: The Game. He's made it publicly clear on numerous occasions that he's a huge wrestling fan.. he apparently got the crotch chop from the NWO and De-Generation X.

Personally, I'd think that the best song would be applause.. I mean, if that Aulby/Ozio match from 1993 were going on today, the crowd would be so much into it that they'd drown out the music.

Surprised no one has picked Disco Duck as their strike song yet.

AfroFish already has the 'fro and whacked pants; I'm surprised he hasn't brought out Hot Chocolate's "You Sexy Thang" from The Full Monty.
