Not that I have a bone with anyone here, nor a dog in this fight, there is a third way to be fooled, as told by Abraham Lincoln:
"It is better to remain silent and be thought of a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."I guess what I'm saying here is be careful of what you say, because it may come back to bite, and warning someone about being fooled doesn't leave you immune to being fooled yourself, let alone being the fool.
