Today's Telecast [^][^][^][^]
« on: November 08, 2003, 11:34:43 PM »
THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN BOUT DUDE
What a great show. Compared to last week's show, it was like comparing Ripple to Remy Martin XO. Compelling drama - shot-making - Stroking Smooth vs. Lofting the caps - do or die shots - WE HAD IT ALL!!
And - No lefties! I could tell when the bowlers threw a good shot while the ball was still in the early midlane. Doesn't get any better.
You gotta believe that CJ is going to be around a long long time. Quality power player who looks pretty tough mentally. Damn near made that 2-4-10.
Congrats to the PBA. More of this and things are gonna be looking up!

Yep, I didn't give CJ nearly enough credit in my prediction post.  Wiseman and Amleto were having approach problems, although Wiseman looked a hell of a lot more lost than Amleto did.  And what's the deal with Danny switching to Ebonite?  Lol, I walked upstairs after the telecast thinking I'd predicted Jaros to win, but found I went with Wiseman instead!  Oh well, I wasn't the only one that had their predicted winner lose their first game.  With all the factors CJ had against him, first telecast and everything else, I think he bowled the best.  BUT from a pure game by game comparison, (final match) I think that Jaros bowled the better game.  CJ tripped an early 4 (although Jaros did too) and then had that ugly brook in the middle of his strike string, or else they'd have been even pretty much the entire match.  I thought CJ was gonna finish it out, he was on his good lane, did nothing but strike all game long (which was interesting because he had to walk around the ball return on the right lane) then made a bad shot.  Looking at the replay, it just didn't look like he caught it, he was probably trying to be careful.  Either way, awesome show, congrats to Jaros, but probably moreso to CJ, kid's impressive.

My cat is 21.  I never thought I'd see the day when I'd actually think that 21 year old "kitty" was a bad thing.

Welcome back Kashmir.  Mr Hose is so lonely.  You should see what he had been reduced to dating.
