Nope. Mine usually comes around the 9th of the month.

Thanks....I've been getting mine around the 5th or 6th but haven't received it yet this month.

The post office is letting people who leave (retire or just change jobs) not be replaced. So mail, I find, is delayed across all types, mostly magazines. Volume of mail is down 50 - 60% in general, in my area, as more companies find email and online advertising much cheaper than hard copy/print mediums.
