Title: blister callus

I got a blister/callus under my index finger on my palm what's wrong wit me!!!!

That's a common place for pressure for many good bowlers. I think some coaches even suggest strongly that the ball should rest in that area.
So I don't think there's anything wrong; it's just a place of pressure, where calluses build up easily. Where there are calluses, a blister will eventually show up. Put a pad or a band aid there, or maybe just a piece of tape.

To heal the blister, use aloe and/or vitamin E or a hand cream that has both in it and maybe a bit of neosporin covered with a band aid..

nothing wrong with it. some people get it more often than others. It just means you're placing pressure with that spot on your hand.

I was messing with it when it was a callus. I rip the callus off and it became a blister: (

The dead skin, the callus, protected the fresh skin underneath. Now, ouch!
If the blister broke, try neosporin. If it hasn't broken yet, protect it with a pad like that in a bandaid, but thicker.
