Has anyone had any problems with them lately? Their voice mail box is full, and they aren't replying to e mails either. I ordered with them last year, no problems at all, they were very responsive in all inquiries.

It amazes me how many people are having bad experiences with them.  I know the owners as they bowl in my league.  Jaime and Derek are actually nice people.  I dont think they have the capacity to do large volume.  I see pros and collegiate teams using them all the time.  Ron Hickland is always on FB thanking them for the new shirts.  But people on FB have been blowing them up in the USBC forums as to how horrible their customer service is.  I just have a feeling they are a very small company that just cannot handle the high volume.  It is a shame.

Bingo... You hit it on the nail. The product is decent.
Would recommend Logo Infusion out of Las Vegas for jerseys - great customer service & fast shipping!

Similar experience. I am currently trying to order a jersey from them but haven't gotten a response in a few days. I'm patient though and understand that they are a smaller company. If it doesn't work out then I'll move on, since I'm not in a real "rush" right now.

Boom Apparel is still working on a huge order of jerseys for all Brunswick staffers, which may be part of the issue, too.  I received mine a few months ago and they are very nice.  If you add that huge order to their other business it could certainly create a temporary bottleneck in their turnaround time.  In my opinion their work is worth any wait you may experience.

I agree on them being nice, and their product. What is mind-boggling is I sent them stuff December 5th, and I'm still waiting. That's 3 months-not really acceptable.

Crazy I ordered a jersey from them and within 3 weeks had it delivered to my house with no problems.  That was just last month

I have now been contacted, and my order is being processed. Thankful for that, I like their stuff.

I contacted them via email a few weeks ago to get a quote and they responded back about 12 hours later the next morning (which was super quick). I've heard that they have good jerseys and I can understand them being busy with that big order, especially if they're a small company.
