Has anyone had any problems with them lately? Their voice mail box is full, and they aren't replying to e mails either. I ordered with them last year, no problems at all, they were very responsive in all inquiries.

I know the owners as they bowl in my league. Jaime and Derek are actually nice people. I dont think they have the capacity to do large volume. I see pros and collegiate teams using them all the time. Ron Hickland is always on FB thanking them for the new shirts. But people on FB have been blowing them up in the USBC forums as to how horrible their customer service is. I just have a feeling they are a very small company that just cannot handle the high volume. It is a shame.
Boom Apparel is still working on a huge order of jerseys for all Brunswick staffers, which may be part of the issue, too. I received mine a few months ago and they are very nice. If you add that huge order to their other business it could certainly create a temporary bottleneck in their turnaround time. In my opinion their work is worth any wait you may experience.
