The bowl.com site has been a nightmare since the end of the summer. Just a nightmare. It is virtually unusable for those that need to search out information on a daily basis. It is slow, and hard to find information. It remains a pain in the B....... to this day. No improvements have been made despite what we've been told via phone. They may have made improvements, but they are not significant enough for the site to be user friendly.
