bowl300300 proshop?

Has anyone bought equip from this guy. I know he posted on the site.
How does he sell 3 ball rollers for $50 and 4's for under $100 when no one else can?
I am in the market for a 3 or 4 has anyone bought from this guy?

I have made two transactions with him on Ebay. I am sure he is trustworthy. I have not bought from him in any other way. I did get some good deals on inserts.
