Title: Bowled my first 300 today (Practice though)

Not as big I guess if it was during league play which I would rather have done. But I will take it because a 300 is a 300.

Did it with my Phenom Unleashed ball. Amazing ball I have to say. Big props to Track for developing such a great ball. Hit the pocket every single strike. Not to mention I had to deal with a little kid running around on the lane next to mine...well up until I had 8 in a row. LOL Definitely was nice having people watching and best of all my friend who worked with me a bit to develop more consistency was there to watch me throw the 11th and 12th strike. Only trouble was since my nerves were so stressed when I went to throw strikes 10, 11, 12 I had to pull over to the side of the road on the way home because I felt like I was going to puke.

Incredibly satisfying feeling to smash 12 in a row. I'm glad I finally beat the 299 I bowled back in December. Now my goal is to bowl a sanctioned 300.

Well took me a little over 4 months to bowl my first 300. Started in September was 19 at the time I started. Turned 20 on Tuesday 1/13. How long did it take some of you folks to bowl your first 300?

Great bowling for someone that's only been at the game a short time.  Even though it was practice you now know you can do it, makes it easier during league to maintain your focus.

uve been bowling 4 months, and u bowled 300? DAMN thats quick! u bolwed 299 in december... u did that after 3 months.... DAMN THATS QUICKER! U ROCK!

Hey, congrats on the perfecto.  Who cares if it was in practice.  If anyone asks me how many I have, I'm honest and say 9.  It's true.  All of them have been in practice.  It's easy for me to get into a fast rhythm in practice and just seems easier to strike.  Again, nice shooting.

Great job David. Practice or not, a 300 is a 300. Keep it up and soon enough you'll have an honor ring for your finger.

At the pace you are improving 900 is just around the corner!
