DO NOT get the pure hammer if you're looking for a ball that will react like a urethane ball would. That ball HOOKS, I've seen 3 people use the Pure Hammer and I thought it was just a fluke that it hooked that much for one guy but it wasn't. It isn't a fully loaded urethane. It's a mix of urethane and reactive, but the Pure Hammer reacts more on the reactive side.
I have a urethane groove blue sanded(brunswick), and that thing is great. It hits incredibly harder than anything else in my bag. Even though it's sanded, this ball will get long even if you drill it 3 3/8 x 3 3/8. Great ball for really dry lanes. Other good ones would be the XXL (Lane 1), but that can be pricey, the trooper and super trooper series (Columbia 300). It seems like they don't make urethane bowling balls but of a very slim quantity compared to all the particle and reactive equipment out there. I can't think of any others, but I don't think that company has much to do with the ball when it's a urethane ball.
