Am trying to get a storm frantic but the only website I've seen that has these in a 16 pound is bowlersdream.com. just wondering if any of you have ordered from this company and was it a positive experience. I'm just hesitant to order from a website that does not have their phone number on it. any replies will be helpful thanks.

If it is you, you should have just got an email with your tracking number that will go live as soon as it gets scanned in at the UPS hub!
If it wasn't you we have been around a long time and are just as legit as the wonderful companies named in this thread. itsallaboutme put it best as to why we don't have a phone number. We do try and answer emails as fast as possible and when everything is done via email we do have a paper trail of everything so if there is ever a he said she said kind of issue we can easily find out where things went wrong.
