Mainly what the CATS is about, is to show you how accurate you are over a number of shots and the consistency of your ball speed. When I did it several years ago, they had me throw 10 shots. They even asked me to pick what board on the lane I was aiming at before I started. Even though they do a video analysis of everything from your setup, to your armswing and foot work, it tracks the ball at different increments down the lane so you can see how fast the ball was going at on what board the ball was on. It is a very helpful tool as I still watch mine from time to time. They did not go over axis rotation/tilt. What they did do is check your axis point and use the white tape method to check your rev rate. I definitely recommend this to everyone who has not done it. It can be pricey, but well worth it.
