It may be stronger on the condition it's designed for. Just because a ball is supposed to be a hook monster doesn't mean you are going to see it outhook everything on any condition. When most people say big hooking ball, they expect to see it all on the backend. And if you're using snow tires at Daytona, chances are that racing slicks will look better. Get where I'm going with this? Drilling matters, surface matters, condition matters, there are all kinds of variables you're either not providing or not taking into account.
