For me, and I'll preface this by saying there's always something to work on, my physical game is really good but the mental part is where I need to do some work.
Focus on focusing, if that makes sense.
I don't have this issue at Nationals or in tournaments, but I do in league. I have to challenge myself mentally to get up for league. A THS can, and often does make me lazy in my shot-making.
All in all, it's all about getting a very very high level of concentration/focus an extraordinarily large amount of the time. When I slack off mentally and get a bit casual the wheels start to wobble. All about being in the moment.
