The ESPY Awards will have Best Bowler catagory.. TOMMY JONES isnt one bowler we can vote for.... WHAT THE HELL?!?!?! Liz Johnson you can vote for but not Tommy??

I know Mika is in it, I saw a commercial for it. Tommy Jones should definitely be in it.

Tommy Jones had the most titles this season, he should be in it. Mika only won one one I think? Is PA in it?

Liz Johnson

• Made history by becoming the first female to qualify for a PBA Tour standard event during the 2004 PBA Uniroyal Tire Classic.
• Became the first female to advance to a nationally televised PBA Tour championship round in the 2005 PBA Banquet Open, taking 2nd overall.
• That also marked the first time a bowler advanced from the PBA Tour Qualifying Round to a nationally televised championship round.

Mika Koivuniemi

• Won two titles for the second consecutive season.
• Started the second half with a title in the 2005 PBA GEICO Open.
• Defeated Parker Bohn III, 200-196, in the title match, improving his record at the time to 11-0 against lefthanders on TV.
• Donated the bonus he earned for the title win from Etonic, the shoe company he endorses, to UNICEF to help the relief efforts for tsunami victims overseas.
• Won the 2005 PBA Baby Ruth Real Deal Classic.

Walter Ray Williams Jr.

• His 2004 PBA Uniroyal Tire Classic victory made him just the second bowler to reach 40 career PBA Tour titles.
• Currently sits just one title shy of Earl Anthony’s PBA Tour record 41 career titles.
• Led the Tour in overall average for the sixth time in his career. His 227.07 average was just shy of Parker Bohn III’s single-season record in 1999 (228.04).
• Led the Tour in numerous match play categories, including a 99.13 single pin conversion percentage. He missed just five single pin conversions all season (572 of 577).
• Tied for the Tour-high with five nationally televised championship round appearances.
• Earned $131,250 last season, marking the 13th consecutive season he has earned over $100,000.

Totally agree. I guess since TJ isn't in there I'd vote for PA.

Each of those bowlers, (not because she is a woman) other than Liz has a reasong they could be voted bowler of the year. I would vote for P.A., though I really don't care for the guy.

i think it should be a 3 man show: allen, barnes, jones. mika and wrw didnt do much, and johnson= big deal, may have been the first but wont be the first to win a tourney. watch for a girl out of the tampa area: melanie ogrady: youngest wibc 300 member @ 15. i think next year she wants to go to tour trials @ 17.
